FARMHOUSE: baked with Sultanas, Raisins, Cherries, Cut Orange & Lemon peel & spiced with Cinnamon & Nutmeg. LIGHT FRUIT: baked with Sultanas, Currants, Cherries, Cut Orange & Lemon peel. RICH FRUIT: baked with Sultanas, Currants, Raisins, Cherries, Cut Orange & Lemon peel then before decoration fully covered with Marzipan.
