All our Cakes are Alcohol & Animal fat free.
CREAM FILLINGS
Vanilla, Chocolate, Chocolate Hazelnut, Strawberry, Caramel, Coffee, Lemon or Orange.
STANDARD FILLINGS
PLAIN MADEIRA: vanilla cream & raspberry jam.
CHOCOLATE MADEIRA: vanilla or chocolate cream.
LEMON MADEIRA: vanilla or lemon cream.
ORANGE MADEIRA: vanilla cream.
COCONUT MADEIRA: vanilla cream.
TOFFEE MADEIRA: vanilla cream.
GINGER MADEIRA: vanilla cream.
DATE & WALNUT: baked with soaked chopped Dates and Walnuts.
FARMHOUSE: baked with Sultanas, Raisins, Cherries, Cut Orange & Lemon peel & spiced with Cinnamon & Nutmeg.
LIGHT FRUIT: baked with Sultanas, Currants, Cherries, Cut Orange & Lemon peel.
RICH FRUIT: baked with Sultanas, Currants, Raisins, Cherries, Cut Orange & Lemon peel then before decoration fully covered with Marzipan.
GLUTEN / WHEAT FREE & DIARY FREE
Rich Fruit: baked with Sultanas, Currants, Raisins, Cherries, Cut Orange & Lemon peel then before decoration fully covered with Marzipan.
Farm-House: Baked with Sultanas, Raisins, Cherries and spiced with Cinnamon & Nutmeg.
Light Fruit
Plain Madeira (sponge): vanilla cream & raspberry jam.
Chocolate Madeira (sponge) filled with either Chocolate or Vanilla cream.
Lemon Madeira (sponge) Cake
EGG-FREE
Plain: with a touch of Vanilla flavour, left plain or filled with either Vanilla or Chocolate cream.
