Egg Free Cakes
We bake our own Eggless cake to a traditional Asian recipe, using Wheat Flour, Condensed Milk, Vegetable Margarine, Water, Vegetable Glycerine, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda & Vanilla Flavouring.
A layer of Vanilla Flavoured Vegetable Cream is piped in before being covered in Sugarpaste Icing.
Decoration is piped on in either the Vegetable Vanilla Flavoured Cream, or dissolved Sugarpaste this keeps the decoration Egg-free as well as the cake.
Our Eggless cakes can be decorated the same as many of the Birthday / Celebration cake designs on this website.
We make egg free cakes for Birthdays, Anniversary's, Christening's, Communion's etc and Wedding's.
We also sell them as Tea Time cakes in the shop, although they are not always available.
